"Some issues with amenities but otherwise a nice stay!"

"Amazing service. We ended up here in an emergency when other accommodation cancelled without warning. The staff went above and beyond to help us find a place to stay for our whole trip and were very helpful finding our way to the new place. I wish we could have stayed here the whole time! "

"This is the second time I come back. Upon arrival, the receptionist made me wait because he was doing something else. No information about the hotel, even this time, such as breakfast time. On the day of departure, I woke up at 6:00, and there was no electricity in the room. Showering in the dark because I tried to call reception with "0" but no answer! "There are a couple of grocery stores nearby and the prices are normal, even cheaper than back in Canada, since the place is not in a tourist area. The host was very nice and was very proactive at giving us directions and figuring out the best routes. We stayed at a lower priced room on our second night and they helped us by moving our things so we wouldn't miss our tour. The place overall is very clean, not too quiet but it was quiet enough to be able to sleep. There are local buses and...

"Bedroom was tired along with bathroom. The shower head didn’t work well and the shower holder was broken. Some kind of leak into my bedroom from bathroom through wall. Shower drain was blocked and started to flood when I pull it out it was very unclean. Bath towels had seen better day. Overall it was ok. But for the brand not what I’d expect."

"Had a lovely stay here, the place is very clean, very nicely and thoughtfully decorated and designed. It is conveniently located very close to the city, market, and a short drive to Roma Termini. Will definitely be looking to book it again if available on my next trip to beautiful Roma."

"We liked the fact it was away from the hustle and noise of down town Roma. We didn't have a rental car but the ladies at the desk were eager to help us aquire transportation. They were so very helpful in many aspects of our stay there, such as pointing us in right direction to local cuisine. Delicious! Thank you for making our stay memorable. "

"Simple yet good experience here. Location has some walkable amenities but we did have to take a metro to the center of the city. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious despite being only 5$, this gets you some good protein options, pastries produce juice and coffee . Staff is super kind and accommodating. "
