"There was a really bad smell in the hotel and in the room. When we left the hotel, the smell stuck on all of ours clothes. The washroom is right next to the bed, and it didn’t close well, so you just had to sleep next to that. The room is also very small. The bed and the pillow were way too soft and sinks. In general, the room wasn’t in good condition.
Positive: it’s right next to a metro and a supermarket "
"Non c'è nessuno la sera per cui se hai bisogno di una qualsiasi cosa sei allo sbando. La mattina abbiamo avuto la sgradita sorpresa di non avere l'acqua calda e nonostante gli sms e le telefonate, nessuno rispondeva al numero telefonico in questione. "Before travelling to Italy I’d never heard of or stayed in any Social Hub Hotels, but I have to say that I’m now a fan!
The location in Rome is a bit out of the way, and is a 15-20 minute walk from the main railway station, though you can also get a short tram ride down to the hotel as well.
In spite of this the hotel is set back off the main road and is secluded in gated grounds that make it very private and it more than makes up for its location with its friendly staff, high standard of facilities, including clean rooms with all the mod cons you’d expect, and a stunning roof top bar and pool.
I can also recommend the pizzeria adjoining the hotel too, which offered some fantastic food and was clearly busy with the locals and guests of the hotel, shared working space facilities etc. "
