"Hotel staff were polite and happy to help. Room was clean and had more than everything we needed. Complimentary breakfast bar was great too - wide selection and fresh food. You could even talk to the chef as he brought out fresh food for the various stations. Would definitely stay here again and recommend! "

"The evening Hors d'oeuvres with beer and wine were amazing. The manager, the lady with the German accent, front desk. Everyone very attentive. We were staying at the downtown location and decided to leave and go to this property on a new reservation and it was the best choice."

"During our vacation, we stayed at many hotels, but this was the only one to offer me water at the front desk. We checked very late in the evening and the gentleman was very friendly and accommodating. Room was incredible with a fantastic view of convention center and other sites downtown. Parking can be an issue, but there is free street parking until 8 AM, or valet if you want to pay that price. Breakfast was good. "

"This is our favorite hotel for our annual visit. Very nice & spacious open-concept interior, extremely well-maintained (we've stayed here at least 3 times), great complimentary breakfast, comfortable & clean updated rooms, & great location. Kimberly checked us in early. She was super nice, one of the nicest hotel staff we have encountered. She gave us welcome bottled waters and popcorn. There's a coffee maker & a small fridge w/o a freezer in the room. Love the breakfast set up. They have 3-4...

"I found the Acoma House quite charming, clean and loved the artwork. There was not really a kitchen but a fridge, microwave and hotplate, which I did not use. My only complaint was the coffee maker, which took pods and didn’t give a full cup. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area"
