"Breakfast was good . Helpful and friendly staff"

"Grateful for them taking us in last minute. The fan unit was inoperable in the room we stayed in making the room quite uncomfortable. We booked a second night the next morning and they could not find our itinerary anywhere. Needless to say we canceled and are awaiting a refund in full. Other than that the employees were very professional. This location has stepped it up compared to years prior. Great place to get some sleep in a pinch. And very budget friendly. Free pets as well is a lifesaver....

"Checked in late in the evening. The front desk clerk was incredibly rude when we asked any question. Some of the hotel was under construction but when asked about a lobby restroom, rude. Asked about beverages available, rude. Asked about entrances open, rude. The bedsheet had a large hole in it, guess what...rude. "

"Really cool environment if you are into dinosaurs and fossils. The hotel is older and shows its age in places. But it's clean and well maintained. Bed is not too bad. HVAC is noisy (we've had 2 different rooms with the same issue). Staff is courteous and the included breakfast is pretty good with fresh scrambled eggs, green chili, some kind of meat and potatoes. The coffee is awful, but everything else is quite good."

"This is a property where people live. While they do have people that come and go, you can see that people live there. Housekeeping is every two weeks. There is no ice machine and no real amenities for eating there. There is a coffee machine and a toaster and a refrigerator. While this is a non-smoking property, there is a smell of marijuana at the property. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Just be aware that it is not a typical hotel."

"This would have been a higher rating but the WiFi was down during our entire stay. No one could use their laptop or tablet."

"I liked the price & setting. I really enjoyed the fact that you can meet new random people, however, there weren't many there during my stay it seemed. I only talked to 1-2 people briefly. The bathrooms are small but work. Theres hardly anywhere to put clothes when showing so they dont stay wet, I made it work however. Hard to dress in the top bunk as its limited room. So its either you dress outside your bunk or in the tiny bathrooms.' Thanks for a great stay! Id love to come back &...

"The staff was wonderful but the rest of the property leaves a bit to be desired. The property is outdated, very noisy both from thin walls and windows, and the breakfast is quite poor."

"Front desk was helpful and friendly. The room could have been cleaner. You could see visible spill stains on the footrest,couch and desk we didn’t make to big of a fuss since we didn’t spend too much time in the room. The jets in the tub did not work . That was under main reason we got the room to. BEWARE of the walk in showers I stepped in and it was like standing on ice I immediately fell down. I had to put a towel in the shower to not fall."

"We arrived early and the staff was so kind to accommodate us anyway. The location of the hotel was ideal for convenience and our room had access to the rooftop patio which was an added bonus. I highly recommend this hotel & will definitely be staying here on our trip back to Denver. Thank you to the Big Little Hotel team for a wonderful experience!"

"I loved everything about her stay except for the scratchy bedding. Staff was outstanding. Public House was excellent. Five stars even with the abrasive comforter."
