"Although the hotel was new it seemed poorly constructed. The hallways stunk - I think it was carpet adhesive. Whatever it was the hallways smelled like your crazy old aunt who overdosed on garlic and forgot to bath for a week. it was nasty. The handle for the show was lose - even though it was new. The breakfast reached the level or adequate. I stayed at a Hyatt just before none of these issues and the Hyatt breakfast was really excellent. Marriot needs to seriously up its...

"I wasn't made aware when I booked our room the property was under renovations. When we arrived the front desk had experienced flooding from the ceiling - probably related to the renovations. The GM was kind enough to place us on the ground floor however our room had seen better days. The cabinets were banged up and unsightly. This was an extended stay hotel, however there was nothing within walking distance, such as a grocery store, to purchase anything during our stay for the room. There was no...

"The beds are horrible, very hard made my body hurt. But the overall experience was ok. If you just want cheap it works"

"Terrible upkeep. Deadbolt didn't work at all in the first room that I was assigned. In this neighborhood, not a good thing. Got a replacement room: AC/heater/fan didn't work at all, smoke detector had been removed from the wall and the "non-smoking room" smelled like cigarette smoke. Front panel of vanity for sink had been torn off. Questionable people hanging out in the parking lot. Staff was helpful enough and processed my request for a refund. Found a much better place to stay. Don't...

"Everything was wonderful. The front desk person, Ivory, was very pleasant and helpful. Kudos to Ivory."

"Doc & Judith are nice and vet interesting, I wish I had looked them up before meeting them so I could have had more in depth discussions. The house is quirky and full of character, with many bars, restaurants, and fun spots to hang out within walking distance. But the night life can be a little loud if you prefer an early bedtime. Their are 2 dogs on property, but that was a bonus for us, as was the banana bread. Would totally stay here again."

"The parking and check in for the property was easy and well communicated. It’s located in a quiet spot with a ton of things to do within a short walk."

"Not a hotel — this is a hostel. The floors are extremely squeaky, and you can hear people walking everywhere, even from other rooms and floors. From around 5 a.m., there was constant noise, making it very difficult to sleep comfortably. Even normal walking created loud creaking sounds that were very disturbing. The building also feels like it has not been renovated in a long time. Housekeeping entered the room, but it was unclear what exactly was being cleaned. Overall, I was not satisfied...

"Great service,location, amenities."

"clean room"

"This is a gem in downtown Denver! I loved the free off-street parking, the urban vibe, the contactless checkin, the furnishings, bathroom amenities, the quick response when I asked for a fluffy throw, the art in the room and the public areas. It's like a tiny house with a loft bedroom so not really accessible, but that was not a problem for me. Check it out if you are willing to take a chance on a non-corporate property. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the city for some culture....
