"I would stay here again."

"This is a property where people live. While they do have people that come and go, you can see that people live there. Housekeeping is every two weeks. There is no ice machine and no real amenities for eating there. There is a coffee machine and a toaster and a refrigerator. While this is a non-smoking property, there is a smell of marijuana at the property. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Just be aware that it is not a typical hotel."

"Could not get any service in the hotel restaurant, it seemed as though I was being ignored the first time I have never left a tip :o("

"Room smelled horrible. The sofas looked so nasty and just hideous thus not even a thought sitting on them. The bed sheets were also nasty with visible disgusting stains on them. Even the additional blanket on top of closet had disgusting stains. We asked them to replace the sheets, and just based on the immediate attitude of personnel was obvious they were not going to do anything about it. They said they would, but with an undertone that it was evident it was just a response to make us go...

"Hotel was under some construction outside, dust and dirt located by back door. It smelled a little like smoking in the building. Overall it was a good place to stay, with clean rooms and a great staff. Breakfast could’ve have been better otherwise it’s part of the stay."

"The pool room smelled like sewer. Our bathtub was dirty Hot Breakfast was some prepackaged eggs and turkey bacon only on some days…not good. I only had yogurt every day. Couldn’t use the pool. The 2 out of 3 reasons we stayed there was a flop. Was hoping for hot tub to warm up after storm at red rocks. The maintenance guy doesn’t get much time off and seems overworked. I’m assuming he doesn’t have much help. The front desk lady was nice The location was good, it was 12 min I think from red...

"The rooms and bathroom weren’t to clean. They need to remodel the whole place."

"This is literally a roach motel. I must have stepped on 15 roaches around the "room" and it was absolutely disgusting. Neither of the coils on the stove warmed up (both broken). The fridge was barely cold, and the freezer somehow overpowered. Neighbors were loud af all night, the "security" didn't do anything except sit in their car. The positives? There was parking. The lights worked. The toilet flushed.... That's about it. Yes, $80 is a steal for a room for the night in Denver, but you get...

"Over the years Super8 is always a value. The curtains on my unit were damaged but closeable. The breakfast bar was sufficient but could be better. If you are a senior traveler: the toilets are so close to the ground as to be dangerous. Hand holds are a must. How about limited mobility rooms with higher toilets and or hand holds."

"Room was loud due to road noise and halls were a bit dirty/dusty due to renovations? Pool was out of order. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice that they had a small gym as well."

"Grateful for them taking us in last minute. The fan unit was inoperable in the room we stayed in making the room quite uncomfortable. We booked a second night the next morning and they could not find our itinerary anywhere. Needless to say we canceled and are awaiting a refund in full. Other than that the employees were very professional. This location has stepped it up compared to years prior. Great place to get some sleep in a pinch. And very budget friendly. Free pets as well is a lifesaver....
