"Stayed at this same hotel the year prior and enjoyed it but it has gone completely downhill since then.
Air conditioning in our room did not work and it was 95 out the day we were there. Hotel staff came up to the room, confirmed it didn't work and asked if we could "deal with it". I told them no and we wanted a new room. The said the hotel was full and there were no other rooms. "Had to change from the first room as it smelled terrible. The second one offered was somehow better. The toilet kept leaking into the bowl and this will make the water to be constantly running. The refrigerator was broken and I didn’t notice right away. I notice when all my food spoiled.
To make matter more annoying and inconvenient my key card kept getting deactivated EVERY DAY of my stay.
Thankfully the staff was very nice and apologetic and helpful but I will not be staying here again "
