"Stayed here 1 night in early July 2026. I was concerned about reviews mentioning unclean rooms. Thankfully we did not have that experience. We stayed in a 2Q suite and the kitchen, beds, bathroom and living room were all clean. Breakfast was a good variety of food. "1st of all had too wait 2hrs for my room rest was at 3 room wasnt ready till 5:30. Went to take a shower the towels was spotted with brown color stains. Ask for another set of towels same thing. They need to invest in new linen. The microwave and refrigerator had leftover food in it. Told the 2 staff members nothing ever happened. Noone came to clean the microwave and refrigerator. Poor service poor staff. I will never ever go back Good luck"

"I booked a3 night stay 2 nights we had a storm and no electricity with no compensation no back up generators nothing just in dark until you weren’t.. the door locked on the handle but no other safety features the door had crackers you could see outside you get what you pay for."

"There was no trash can, and the room was not cleaned very well. The towels were damp, as if they had just been used, with two of the three having stains. Luckily, I brought my own towel for traveling. The building wasn't well-kept, grass/weed growing next to the wall. It felt unsafe, and some suspicious people were hanging around the entrance and the hallway."

Whether this was an amazing place that got partially destroyed, or a fully destroyed place that got partially renovated it does not matter. "Door needs repair to be more secure. Humidity in the room was really bad. Staff was exceptionally professional and nice!"

However, the shower rod was sagging so the shower curtain would not stay in place, and the ice machine was near our room and was very noisy, especially when someone wanted ice each morning at 5:30. You should also be aware that they allow pets. We could hear dogs yipping in the hallway and next door."
