Expedia stated a $100 pet fee when I booked, but I was charged $150. In addition, there was no mention of a daily parking fee of $5.30 when I booked or at check-in. "I stay in air bnb's a lot, and this owner was exceptional and very responsive. They had the property in excellent condition and it was really clean."

However, the shower rod was sagging so the shower curtain would not stay in place, and the ice machine was near our room and was very noisy, especially when someone wanted ice each morning at 5:30. You should also be aware that they allow pets. We could hear dogs yipping in the hallway and next door."

"This place was foul. The entire property smelled like weed. The bed was caved in like a 500 lb man had slept in it for a month straight. The shower had old bars of soap. They “ran out” of pillows. Dirty underwear and condom wrappers in the hallway. If we hadn’t gotten there as late as we did, I would not have stayed."

"The front desk worker was very rude!! They do a no refund policy to force you to pay all of there hidden fees. I booked a smoking room online to get there and be told “from her end it saids nonsmoking” so I would have to pay them a 50$ deposit or pay them a extra 25$ to get it switched to a smoking room even though I booked a smoking room so I basically paid 93 dollars for a room that was suppose to be 68$.
