"Just WOW! This was like staying at you eccentric, generous, Bohemian uncle’s place - cool art and artifacts EVERYWHERE, snacks and drink offerings available 24 hours/day, and well appointed, clean, and comfortable “guest” room! The night we came in, I was lucky enough to actually meet Chef “Uncle” John Cariere, the proprietor. He was very welcoming and accommodating and invited us to the complimentary breakfast. "Pool should open much earlier in May"

"The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. "We had to wait to check in after 4 pm for our room to be inspected. My husband and I took a shower before we checked out and had no soap, shampoo or any hygiene products. The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful and had us laughing when we checked in. They had great personalities!"

"I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. "

"This was my second stay at this location. For some reason the exterior doors were poorly sealed (2x). Many small bugs flying around room. Had to jam towel in door gaps to try and mitigate."
