"One elevator and it was shared by cleaning staff and guests, also very slow. Keyed rooms doors did not work well and had to have my keys redone both days of our stay. The staff were kind and helped each time. "

"The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. "All was good EXCEPT - we called the front desk twice to get extra toilet paper and were put on hold 10_ minutes before getting hung up on and then 20+ minutes before we gave up. ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE!!!"

"A little noisy but otherwise GREAT. There’s a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel so that was convenient. Staff were phenomenal! Right off 1-25. Way better than a regular hotel. "The hotel was fairly nice, but bring your heavy winter coat because your room will be freezing cold when you get there! Your breakfast, while tasty will be stone cold by the time you get to your table. There was also a noticeable bad smell in the hallways, like the smell of sewer gas. I don't think this property deserves being rated in the 8.0 - 9.0 range. It really was in the 7.5 range. "This was my second stay at this location. For some reason the exterior doors were poorly sealed (2x). Many small bugs flying around room. Had to jam towel in door gaps to try and mitigate."
