"The location is good and we have stayed at this property several times when visiting Shreveport. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this property anymore. The water pressure is terrible (like non-existence from the sink), the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was loud."

"The hotel was clean and well appointed. Soundproofing of the room was excellent. The front desk staff was uniformly kind and attentive. They went out of their way to help me get a safe refrigerator to put some expensive injectable medication in overnight."

"The rooms were very clean, the bars and casino were very nice. We did not eat there because we were there for a concert and all the restaurants were closed by the time we got home. They do have a 24 hour bar food type restaurant. Overall it’s a great resort hotel."

"The facilities at first appeared maintained until further inspection - The room was actually filthy as it relates to the floors (felt grimy and the stone in the bathroom areas were stained as well), the shower tub combo had broken handles and it looked as though they had been spray painted and the paint was chipping. "I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. "

"Let's start with the fact that their front door is kept locked 24/7'... . Bad area to say the least. Pretty lobby but Poorly maintained property. Grass high. I had one towel, one washcloth and a hand towel for a 4 person room and no kleenex. They proudly advertised their heated pool and hot tub and breakfast but the pool and hot tub were empty and has been for awhile by looks.
