"This boutique hotel is almost opposite the cathedral and walking distance from the town. Whilst it is small there is a comfortable and modern bar and an on site restaurant. Rooms are smart and the beds are comfortable. "

"I enjoyed my stay at Torrington Hall. I was in St Albans for work and needed a room at short notice. The self check-in instructions were sent to me in advance and were very clear. The room was lovely, with good wifi, a desk to work on, comfortable bed, and a smart TV so I could login to Netflix/Prime. The bathroom was large with a good size shower which was hot with good pressure. There was a fridge in the room and tea/coffee facilities which were very useful. Being able to use the kitchen...

"The staff were amazing when my daughter who has autism couldn't settle in the room. They found us an alternative room with seperate beds and where she could have the window open all night. (IYKYK) The breakfast was plentyful with many options and cooked to perfection. We found the location quiet with many amenities local to the hotel should you need them. Warner Bros Harry potter Studio only a short distance away, so was perfect for our visit. Would recommend this great value, clean and...

"We have stayed here four or five times now and always such a nice base to visit family close by. Always a warm welcome and great breakfast to start the day. Warm room and comfortable bed. Shared bathroom is kept very clean. Free parking is a bonus."
