Only downside is that the bar/restaurant in the hotel was really bad for drinks. They were super slow, forgot our orders and still put on a crazy service charge. Other than that it’s fab! "

And if we stayed again would love to splash out and stay in the Executive room. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of cold and cooked food, all of high quality. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only negatives were that the TV was small, not many UK sockets in the room, and my partner felt too many large mirrors...

Located in a nice, calmer part of London, just west of the tower of London, and well-situated to both the London tube and water taxi service. Really enjoyed this hotel."

"Good location for our visit to the O2 arena. 10 min walk to catch the uber boat from the Canary Wharf Pier to O2 arena (15 min boat ride with bar onboard!) and 1 stop on the Jubilee line from North Greenwich (outside O2 arena entrance/exit) to get back to Canary Wharf station (10 min walk back to hotel). Plenty of bars/restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel as well as activities on the water. Saba west India quay car park 150 metres from hotel entrance (£24 for 24 hour parking, booked...

"Great location for going to a concert at O2 ! Room upgraded which was fab. Breakfast was great. Good selection still at 10am and refilling with freshly cooked food. Leisure facilities great. Enjoyed our stay."

"Staff was excellent. Great location and comfortable room. Only issue that is not their fault was I did not read that it did not have a check in desk. We got off a cruise ship and arrived at property around 9:30 am and it was all locked up no one around. About 10:30 we got lucky and employee arrived and allowed us to store the luggage inside so we could walk around the area. Again the staff was excellent it was my mistake not verifying their check in process. "
