"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back."

"Beautiful hotel, perfectly located to explore Palma. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, happy to give recommendations. Room was spacious and modern. Roof top pool, drinks and dj after 7 were a plus! The view from the pool is breathtaking. Spa area is clean and very zen. Breakfast delicious and with lots of variety. The only constructive feedback, it would’ve been great to have chairs and a little table on the balcony. Would stay again when back to Palma."
