"The hotel is on the outskirts of downtown. It was a bit worn down. We chose it for the separate bedroom as we are traveling with a teenage child. I had to ask for a third set of towels as well as sheets and a pillow for the sofa bed. They did not provide blankets or anything and actually asked if I just wanted a top sheet for the sofa bed. The sofa bed was not comfortable. The air conditioner worked well and my daughter actually was too cold at night but too tired to turn the ac down. The shower...

"It offered the bare minimum. Bathroom was clean and functional. Beds were not very comfortable. Minimal electric outlets. Had to request a luggage stand - none in room. Room had a "funky" odor to it - maybe disinfectant. Breakfast was nothing remarkable. Many people at breakfast complained about the hotels relatively poor quality - someone saw a rat in the parking garage - the garage had seen its better days. Never saw an actual desk clerk at the desk - they were always elsewhere - assisting...

"I am very disappointed with my stay because what was shown in the photos was not what I experienced in person. There was trash left in the corner of the stairwell, and the hallway smelled strongly of curry. My sister stayed on the first floor, where the area smelled heavily of smoke and cigarettes, which was especially concerning because she suffers from asthma. The guests next door were extremely loud and disruptive, making it difficult to rest and enjoy our stay. This property is also in need...

"Was not aware the pool was closed until we arrived. Even though it has been closed for weeks. This is the only reason we booked this hotel. Ran out of towels so had to dry off after our shower with a hand towel. My cousins has issues with water temp and thier bathroom smelled like sewage all night."
