"Room was very clean but had closet door sticking when opening and refrigerator was humming during the night."

"The only positive of this place would be the view of the capitol building. The building and rooms are out-dated, but the worst part was the maintenance. The hotel has a lot of issues with hotel card readers on the room doors, which do not work or reset after a day. I had to get a new room the first day because the key card couldn't be read, and then had to go down to the lobby repeatedly, to the key card reset. Other guests were having the same issue. "The room 140 was beyond filthy and in disrepair. Hole in wall. Old vomit behind door,rug with dozens of dark stains, no lamp by bed, tv did not work, and there were burn marks on the tub from cigaretts. Ashtrays in room that was suposed to be non smoking"

"The room was not clean upon our arrival. The window in the room, which was located on the first floor, was left open. The pull-out sofa had a blood stain on the mattress, and there was hair in the bed. When we requested additional sheets, the replacement sheets provided were also torn. We spoke with the staff at the front desk multiple times, but they were not helpful or sympathetic regarding the condition of the room. We explained that we were traveling with children and that these conditions...
