"A lot of deferred maintenance here -- from the stairs to the upper floor desperately needing paint to broken electrical outlet covers. Clean but generally grubby. A four drawer dresser, top drawer missing, that no overnight guest will use, but no rod or hooks to hang anything. Shower barely warm enough to use -- certainly not a good hot shower. No good space to put anything down in the bathroom -- stylish vanity, but stupid. Bright light between the beds -- impossible to use if one wants to...

"From the first time stepping on the property we felt welcome. The staff was accommodating and invited us to enjoy the amenities while we waited for our room (we were early for check in). We took advantage and walked the property before heading off to explore the area. When we returned, we checked into our dog friendly room (after grabbing a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie). "All the staff members I met were cheerful & helpful. I asked for a ground floor room, upon arrival, got a very nice one at no extra charge. I was in the area for a music festival, plan on booking a stay again , next year."

"This is a very basic motel that provided us a reasonable place to spend the night. The bed was comfortable. The room had a tv, microwave and small refrigerator that all worked well. The light fixture knobs did not work and some outlets did not work. AC worked well enough. Quirky room layout but was fine for one night."
