"Staff was very accommodating, arrived very early and was able to check in and had an hour extra on checkout. Staff brought any items I needed for my extended stay like coffee pods, laundry soap and bath supplies that you could order through a QR code. Great location in CBD Sydney. Room was clean. Pool area with hot tub, sauna and gym was very nice. The only thing that was sometimes annoying was the wait and chaos of the elevator system during busy times.
