"The property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. "

"The Location of the house is Perfect! The only thing to criticise was that we booked for 4 People but only got linen and towels for 3. unfortunately no response to my Text Message and Email. We figured it out since we only spent two Nights there. On First sight the house was clean but I discovered old receipts and empty Water bottles under our bed when I checked it before leaving. "I did not receive a mail with the details how to get the key until we arrived at the property. So when we arrived at 7pm I called Blue Fox and got very friendly and helpful support. 3min later we had access to the appartment and knew which parking spot we could use. Thanks for the support! ThGreat view from windows, great area for a morning or afternoon walk.The only problem- lots of steps to go into a property. Not easy for older person to manage. Was not aware while booking. "We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Penthouse ,the location was great ,a short walk to all the attractions ,restaurants/pubs ,shopping and transport . The flat was well appointed ,we liked the little extra's that were provided .it was comfortable and homely . a nice place to relax in . "Listed as an up-market 4 star property. It definitely isn’t. The sofa-bed is very uncomfortable, there is a very musty smell as you enter the main building. "

"Property was a perfect base for our weekend stay, with only 10 minute walk to the front. It was clean and fresh. On arrival we were met and shown round. There were pleasant little touches such as disposable toothbrushes, cotton buds, shampoo and packets of tissues. So thoughtful to include breakfast items and fresh fruit as well as bottled water and something more alcoholic chilling in the fridge. The internet connection was good."
