"Easy and very close to airport, they have parking for 35$. Its close to the nmew rental car hub at LAX, and most rental cars have a shuttle to take you to your hotel so that only took 10 min after i returned the car. They have a shuttle that runs every 20-30 min to take you the airport. The bed was very comfortable and my room was spacious and clean. I will definitiely stay here again. It was easyeasy, nice, and clean."

"I booked an extra day in advance because my flight arrived at 5 a.m. Before heading to the hotel, I called and was told my reservation had been canceled as a “no-show” — despite the fact that I had already paid for it. When I asked why it was canceled and who made the decision, the receptionist simply said, “I don’t know.”
I understand these situations can happen, but the lack of concern or accountability was disappointing. They kept the payment and offered no real explanation or solution....
