"The baby cot was dropped at the room after request to reception. Cot was super dirty and had to ask for a new one. Room was very smelly and the hotel looked a bit run down. Very noisy was well and we could hear all the noise from a neighbouring motorway. However the staff was very friendly and attentive. They sorted the cot issue in an instant and made the experience a bit more pleasant "

"The bed was comfortable and the room was nice sized. The first night we stayed there, there was a band that played until midnight that we could hear in our room on the second floor but the rest of the time was quiet. There were a lot of families with kids running around and breakfast could get a bit crowded if you went at a later time. We went earlier most mornings and it was lively. The food was very good. The staff were very helpful with travel suggestions regarding trains or taxis and such....

"Large room on 4th floor, plenty elevators, very good location (close to the Four Courts historical/law center building, 20' walk to the start of the Temple Pub area and 25-30' Castle, cathedrals), near train station, river and distilleries, as well as 5-10' from the entrance to the main Dublin park (Phoenix) though that is opposite from downtown. Easy car access both coming from Cork (south) or airport (north, about 25' by car), spacious car garage for a reasonable price as big cities go;...

"This is a very peaceful and relaxing hotel. The staff could not be more helpful. Spacious room and a super comfortable bed. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was lovely with a very good menu and was cooked to order. I would highly recommend staying here. "
