"Our room was very clean and the reservation staff were very accommodating. Room was very spacious. We left before breakfast but had breakfast included in our rate- they offered to make us a breakfast bag which consisted of a sandwich, snacks and.drinks. They took our order and asked for a time. Come morning it was not ready at the time we had asked so it made us late as we waited an extra 15 mins. It was not the sandwich we had ordered and no snacks. The sandwich was quite good."

"Overall a good stay at the hotel, thank you to the hotel staff. Convenient location, near to Liffey Valley shopping centre, easy access to restaurants outside. Also good bus access to Dublin City. "Large free car park, from the outside the hotel looks somewhat dated, like a 70s school block. However inside it’s very nine, quite spacious and a nice bar restaurant (Liffey Bar) with a lunch carvery, bar menu, daily specials. Portions were huge and the food was lovely, we had lunch and dinner here twice and couldn’t fault it. Service was very good, plenty of staff and all genuinely friendly. Wasnt informed of any facilites at check in and didnt see any. Bathrrom was clean. Good location. Didnt even bother complaining, just left and booked another hotel."

Room was fairly grubby, area behind the door hadn't been cleaned forever, shower tiny, bedding and towels clean but quality poor and only 1 skinny little pillow each? Our problem though was we arrived at tail end of heatwave and asked for a fan or something but apparently any available had already been given...

"Location and price of the hotel are fantastic for Dublin but does reflect the fact it is above the nightclub. It is VERY noise at 2am when the club closes, but they provide excellent ear plugs that worked great. We couldn’t hear the club from our room, just the noise on the street when it closed. Breakfast was plain, croissants , fruit and good coffee, but since we didn’t expect any breakfast at all we were very happy with it. It is a small and older building, but well maintained and clean....

"Location great. Room is clean and neat. Downside: you have to go downstairs to iron your clothes and there is no air conditioning system in the room. I would not book again in the summer. The room was too warm for comfort. Room does have a heater for colder climate."
