"Kevin and Gabriel were very kind and helpful at the front desk. The hotel and our room was very clean and well organized. The hotel was so very close to the Buffalo Airport hence the name but also very close to groceries and shopping stores. Lots of food options as well with Wingnutz on the property and Olympia restaurant just right across the street you won’t be hungry. We will definitely stay here again!!!"

"The staff at Comfort Inn Buffalo went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Even at 4 a.m. the staff were cheery and friendly and had coffee ready for us as we left to the airport! We were able to make an earlier rental car drop off because we could easily get the shuttle back to the hotel. My family enjoyed the indoor pool, jacuzzi, and exercise room on site. "The hotel is very attractive, modern and clean. Shockingly NO breakfast is served or available, free or to purchase! Instead a few pastries to go are for sale. The room was pleasant but amenities are lacking. No water in the room. Just an empty small fridge. One tiny bar of soap in the bathroom. The mattress was lumpy. The pillows were like large hard boulders. It was impossible to use them for sleep. Utterly ridiculous. We will definitely not return."

"Stayed this past weekend for a concert. Unfortunately we couldn't check in early however the staff was very helpful. We were able to take care of everything prior to the show so getting back was a breeze. Hotel was pretty outdated but for the price and convenience it was great for us. They even offer shuttle service to the venue for small fee. The food truck in the parking lot after the concert was a great bonus too! I would stay again if traveling for anymore shows!"

"This hotel is certainly run down and could use some updates. The shower floor felt very spongy, like you could step right through it. We also found a pill in the room (assuming a gel Tylenol but not certain.) The carpet also felt a little damp- like it needed a dehumidifier for the room. Unfortunately the sleeping arrangements were not as pleasant either. Easily heard our neighbors down the hall and upstairs at all times of the night. Unfortunately very disappointed with the accommodations."
