My husbands autistic and flares his arms around and you can clearly tell he’s autistic and these are things he can’t help he’s not harming anyone or doing anything he shouldn’t he was just minding his own business when she gives me a dirty look and makes rude remarks about the situation to the point he was in tears we didn’t feel welcomed and will not be staying here again."

"The location was great and very easy to get to downtown. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It is a budget motel so it is old and the room we were in needs a makeover but it did the job. The staff was very nice and helpful."

"As we arrived in the parking lot you could see a screen hanging from the window. Check in was ok, the lady was nice enough. We went to our room and immediately went back to the desk. It had a horrible odor, light switches didn't work, wasn't very clean, and there were 2 small beds, not the king size I reserved. They were not shocked at all hearing our complaint, seemed to be a regular thing. Would not recommend."

"Grateful for them taking us in last minute. The fan unit was inoperable in the room we stayed in making the room quite uncomfortable. We booked a second night the next morning and they could not find our itinerary anywhere. Needless to say we canceled and are awaiting a refund in full. Other than that the employees were very professional. This location has stepped it up compared to years prior. Great place to get some sleep in a pinch. And very budget friendly. Free pets as well is a lifesaver....

"I booked a room through Expedia. When I arrived they had overbooked and no rooms were available. This happened to multiple travelers that evening for this hotel."

"Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Only concern was the ac unit. Room kinda had a mold smell to it, the ava wasnt on when I got into room. My throat was all jacked up sleeping in room 204, but once I was outside my throat cleared up. Y'all might wanna test for mold, I might ask for a refund pending on my what dr says. One more thing, you can hear the traffic from I-70. But not bad for a short stay/red rocks trip. Definitely wouldn't stay there more than three days because of the mold smell."
