Lovely hotel could be a 5* review with improvement

"A modern and comfortable hotel with a lovely breakfast included in the price. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Telford and is set in lovely grounds. I haven’t rated it 5*s as the check in was slow due to there only being on member of staff on at reception, the pool being cold and ..."

"Beautiful hotel, the room was comfy and had everything we needed. The bathroom and shower was modern and clean. Great location to walk around Ludlow. We didnt eat or drink in the hotel, it seemed expensive compared to the places around."
