"When we first arrived late at night (with reservations and a phone call to confirm and say we would be late), hotel staff was nowhere to be found. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the lobby. Got to the room, and it was 82 degrees! The AC had not been on. It smelled very musty and took all night for it to cool down. Beds were good enough, shower was good enough. There was peeling paint in many places, electrical plus were not flush with the wall, and there was a large chunk of paint...

"The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Did not like that I had no way to make tea in my room. Do not like that they made a photo copy of my id and credit card and then made me write it down because I checked my son in the day before. Especially since it was prepared. There was no reason to do all that. I understand the card in case there was an issue after we left. But then both my card and my son’s card was charged for the same room. Needing an id for every person staying in the room...

"The only saving grace was your breakfast. There were bugs in the room. I got stuck in Houston due to a flight disruption and the AC was off and it took several hours to cool off the room. Then the AC leaked all over the floor."

"There was a small amount of trash in the trash cans and the walls and headboard were dirty. The gym and breakfast are worse than what I had in the military."

"We traveled with 3 young children and they really enjoyed the pool, we had lots of fun! We were given a late check out which was great because the parents attended a conference that ended at noon!"

"Hotel clean nice breakfast layout friendly staff comfortable bed only complain is the before I check in I inquired about the business center and was told they had one got there the computer was locked front desk lady said it worked but she didn’t know what happened gave me the number to the general manager it was working but the next day it was lock again and black out again my feedback is to not advertise you have a business center then lock it or say it’s a technically it never got corrected...

"The room was pretty clean but had a rather bold musty smell. One thing I REALLY liked was the blackout curtain. It was fantastic. I hated the fact that the coffee pot was in the restroom. No Way in the world would I EVER use a coffee pot that is on the bathroom counter. The pool was clean and fully functioning. The laundry room was one washer nad 1 dryer in the corner of a small room, right off the hallway, with no door. I thought that was strange, but having one was a plus. I do have to thank...

"I like having the Marriott on premise"

"The room was very clean and nice. The workout facility has a variety of machines to workout with big screen TV to watch the game. Love the 24 hours access! Highly recommend this place for a quiet getaway."

"The store on site was egregiously expensive. The rooms are old and lighting really bd. This hotel is also quite far from the airport."
