"Room was not clean at all, found a bed bug right in top of the sheet. I reported it to the manager and she refused to refund me because she said if there was bed bugs there would be more than 1. I have picture proof and let her know we didnt even sleep in the room we had to leave a book somewhere else. I did dispute it with my bank. Very unprofessional and will never stay here again"

"Terrible experience. I had to cancel last minute to due strep throat and flu. Hotel WOULD NOT refund me - even with a doctor's note! Expedia said it was the hotel's decision, and the hotel said it was expedia's decision. Called and waited OVER AN HOUR with expedia and basically got nowhere! Super frustrating. Will not use expedia nor stay at a LaQuinta ever again!"
