"Great place - rooms are great, comfy bed, welcome green and blacks chocolate. Staff are lovely at check in and the breakfast staff are fantastic, work hard and fast - really impressed.
Only thing I don't like is the 'write on paper' check in part - especially every time you come back, would be nice to be digitally stored but in the greater scheme of things its nothing."

"It’s a bit run down and not super convenient. We chose the hotel based on reviews, price and proximity to airport and bus station. It is in a quiet area, there’s what looks like a cute walking path along the river (though we didn’t check it out). But to get anywhere took a LONG time. You really need to pre-plan the airport bus (take the #8 to make it 15 min instead of 1.25 hrs) and getting to the city (Piccadilly line) took 2+ hrs. Getting back took longer."
