"A lovely hotel to stay in – chosen for its cocktail menu which sadly wasn't available, neither the restaurant because it was Sunday. Loved the decor, excellent shower, comfortable bed, breakfast was delicious and the staff is great. Parking in a nearby car park was straightforward."

"I stayed there one night for business - i was in room 5, on the first floor, by the access door. The rooms are very noisy: poor soundproofing meant that noise came from the pub downstairs, the rooms on both side (I could hear my neighbours cough as clearly as if they were in my room) and outside (one window was soundproofed but not the french door leading on to the balcony - what is the point?)
The room cleaning was ok but the bathroom did smell of mould, and the shower is full of it - please...

"This hotel is very comfortable, and in a great location for the Quay area, its about 5 minutes walk to the restaurants and bars. The Cathedral is about 2 minutes in the opposite direction.
The hotel is an older building with interesting history, but its very well appointed, clean and the staff are friendly and approachable. A query that I had was soon resolved.
There is secure parking under the hotel, which is a great advantage in the centre of a city. It also has a Miller and Carter...
