"Room was very dirty. There was hair in the shower, stains onthe walls/ shower curtains, stains on the blankets, cigarette burns on the comforters, mold in the coffee maker, and it smelled like sewer. Horrible stay. Never again!"
"No information on the bar. The room had a weird smell to it. The beds were doubles and Im 6'2 260 and it was way too small for 2 people. The maid knocked on my door at 9am and checkout was at 12. The vending machines didnt work"
"Top three of worst hotels I’ve stayed at.
I received a welcome text asking me if there was anything I needed. I replied, saying my shower was lukewarm at best. No response. I spoke with the front desk. I was told to let the water run for a while (this is a city in the desert). No other options offered.
There were water stains and “dirt” smudges in the bathroom. The room was dingy and outdated. The air conditioner rattled all night.
It was cheap and close to the airport. If that’s your top priority, it might be worth it. Had I known it was this poor, I would have spent an extra $50 and booked a better hotel."
"booked this hotel specifically because it was advertised as having a water park and a functional hot tub, but both were closed during our stay. To make matters worse, the breakfast was terrible.
The pool area felt very uncomfortable; there were groups of men just lingering around the central pool area, which made me feel uneasy being there with my small children. I was glad my husband was with me, but I can't imagine how a single parent would feel. Between the broken amenities and the overall atmosphere, this stay was absolutely not worth the money. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere."
"Clean room. Awesome art throughout. Breakfast was decent. Love that there is free coffee and sodas during the stay. Meditation room with massage chairs was awesome. We recommend. "
