La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Knoxville Airport
Elevator was out and I booked through a third party and did not know until I got there at 11:00 at night. I spoke with the hotel staff the day before I arrived and they never mentioned the elevator. So I had to carry my bags up 3 flights of stairs no help from staff.

There’s never any worker at the front desk, the only reason I got into my hotel is because some dude went up to us and gave us a number to get into the room.
