"My water never got above luke warm and mini fridge didn’t work (was even unplugged when I arrived). I went to the desk clerk- waited over 30 mins in line (only one attendant at 8:30-9pm) and she said she’d have maintenance take care of it first thing the following morning. Came back after 14hr workday to no notice and nothing fixed. WiFi also was spotty at best but the tv reception and WiFi kept shutting down and just not working. Desk attendant couldn’t be bothered to even get up from her chair...

"Certain sections of the room seemed ragged for wear. Air conditioning is a bit wonky to use and the actual system left much to be desired. Other than that the room was good and clean enough for the duration I stayed."

"Close to BWI airport, clean room, I had breakfast from menu, very good, good prepaid price. bed very good, staff good, free shuttle to airport, hotel price reasonable, overall good. I was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel."

"Breakfast is fine, but staff are rude in the breakfast dining room, staring at us, even yelled at us to clean up table which was not sat by us, that table was not cleaned when we came in. No idea why the staff thought us leaving trash. Obviously he did not check dining room often."

"The staff that run breakfast go missing for awhile when it was the busiest time. We had to wait for breakfast scrambled eggs to show up and refills for the waffle batter. Check in and out was simple and friendly. Plenty of Parking spots."

"I really LOVE this hotel. I stay here all the time. So much so that even though I was sad my reservation had to be amended due to the hotel being overbooked nobody can ever make me not want to stay here. They booked me a room across the way and although I wasn’t happy they definitely made it right. Everybody is so welcoming and friendly, the rooms are a home away from home and the bar @Grillfire?! BOMB! I give this hotel 10000 stars. Now don’t yall come booking up all the rooms cause I need mine...
