"overall this hotel is very good"

"The staff are super helpful, even walking us up to our hotel room and showing is how to use the amenities. We even enrolled in their free fitness programs in the infinity pool! Super elite feeling!"

"Terrific location"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was quiet at night with no outside traffic noise and the all day snacks, coffee and tee were appreciated."

"Staff ver"

"Beautiful contemporary property wonderfully located in a great part of the city for dining, cafes and bars. I thought it was let down by little things like breakfast selection (although hot food was excellent) and some noticeable penny pinching which shouldn’t happen at these prices … but overall a lovely hotel and I would recommend."

"El Chido, the service could be improved. Seems different than the rest of the outlets in the hotel. Starting from cleaning, service. The view is the best though. Could be way more better. Overall a wonderful hotel with amazing staff, looking forward to my next stay."

"Be sure you realize you’re actually getting a fancy hostel- more like first class train stacked sleeping compartments. I didn’t at all realize that’s what I signed up for since the same brand offered a full apt a little less central for the same price. But this is Expedia’s error/ the “capsule” concept takes some adjusting/ ask for a smaller unit room. But all in it was in a fantastic location w nice staff, good linens and very nice bathrooms w good pressure and hot water. Bonus was access to...
