"Like lipstick on a pig. Cheap updates made to an already outdated property. Paper thin towels and sheets. The 2nd floor was under construction. Had to move from a room on that floor. The room smelled damp and musty, like air hadn’t circulated in it for over a year. The front desk staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating."

"Place is under construction and guests should be made aware of that before booking! The bed spread was old and stained. The cushions on the pull out sofa looked & smelled like they had been slept on for about 10 years without being cleaned. The whole place had a musty unkempt smell. Furniture and fixtures were either cracked or chipped. Shower head was corroded and there was mold in the grout of the tiles. Toilet was easliy stopped up with very little waste in it. We were exhausted, otherwise...

"The Premier Best Western was very comfortable, the staff were all friendly and helpful and the room very clean. The pool was huge and very clean. We only stayed two nights but didn't hear any noise from other guests. The only thing that was mildly disappointing was our room faced the nearby highway and there was a bit of road noise. Maybe staying in a room on the front of the hotel would eliminate that"

"False advertisement the pictures of the rooms are not the same as pictures in Expedia and it's a bunch of homeless people staying there and outside all day and night with junk everywhere so it's not the safest and the rooms are beyond disgusting they do the bare minimum of cleaning.Doors don't close all the way and there's broken cabinets and blinds so people can see of ur room.Not worth spending money on a stay here."

"This picture is not what it look like the staff was terrible. Had 2 rooms an 5 persons in each a they had the nerve to act like we didn't need more than 2 towels/washcloths. Ice machine didn't work trash outside was full when I arrived. Just the outdoor pool for the grands was the best part of stay. Breakfast was bread, cereal an cofffe. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone"
