"They do not have safes in the room! When I tried to reach out through front desk, house keeping and even room service there was “no” answer. That was disappointing! I came to enjoy the pool, food service and drinks. Everyone was hounding by the staff for bringing outside food or drinks. That was a turn off! There were families with kiddos! The food and bar didn’t open until 11am. We’re on vacation! I don’t want to be bothered eating some peanuts while I sip your drinks! It’s petty!"

"Outside restrooms were not open for pool. Are rooms keys did not work when we went to get in our rooms prior to check out they had canceled them . Breakfast was unusually slow with not very many guests eating"
