"Breakfast was ok, lots of choices, cinnamon rolls hot and delicious. Room clean and nice. Beds comfortable, friendly staff. We have stayed here several times when visiting friends in Victor. Really nice. Have not used pool or hot tub . Nice and quiet, we slept well even though the hotel was packed with people."

She had a list in her hands and told me I could not check in because her system was down and I would have to go somewhere else. There was no attempt to recommend other services in the area or allow me to use the phone. I had asked is there was a restroom I could use after traveling 6 hours to get there - she said no. "The room had an odor - not moldy or mildew - but a sour smell. The floor was sticky and we needed to keep our shoes on. Bathroom was clean but there was no toilet paper when we arrived - had to go ask for some. The phone was flashing when we arrived so I picked up the receiver to see how to turn it off and the receiver was stuck in the phone. No one came to take out garbage or replenish towels. When we asked front desk for clean towels then told us to return the dirty ones and we could get...
