"Made a last minute reservation and arrived well after check-in time. Brandyne was so responsive and helpful getting us into our lovely room. Very cozy and quiet, with a private patio and a wonderfully strong shower. Very comfortable bed. Even though we arrived well after the time for ordering the next morning's breakfast, Brandyne asked if we wanted to order breakfast anyway and even delivered it to our room! "An excellent all-around lodging experience in a secluded corner of Sedona's main business district. Property is quaint and clean, offering a charming, cozy escape from the standard cookie-cutter hotels. Unfortunately my room was a little too small to accommodate a desk, but the little table out on my private balcony did the job!"

"Helpful and friendly staff, very comfortable room, bed/pillows, fabulous breakfast each morning, and a very good location! We also truly enjoyed the cozy robes and the gas fireplace in our room. Also, the option of breakfast delivered to our room or enjoying our breakfast in the comfortable setting in the main room at the inn. I definitely plan to return someday!"

"The room that I checked into had a leak when using the shower. The leak was so bad water was coming up from the floor when you stepped on it. I reported this to the front desk and they moved us to another room. The room we got moved to then had no tv remote. I then had to go back to the front desk and they suggested we use the remote from the room we got moved from. But then after turning on the tv in the room we got moved to it was not programmed. I then had to go back to the front desk and...

"We had a ton of bugs in our room. The bathroom smelled like urine the pool didn’t look clean and had wires sticking out. Cushions were all ripped. Used towels left around the pool. And they advised breakfast which they no longer have. For that price it was very disappointing."

"Overall we had an okay experience. The room was a good size for a family, breakfast was okay but was a good location. The front desk and breakfast staff didn’t ever say hello or greet guest. I understand with the fires happening they are probably stressed. The professionalism just wasn’t there. Mark on the other hand was super helpful and greeted us. Overall, an okay experience. Would I stay there again, not sure."

"Stayed 2 nights. Superb location and close to lotta hiking trails. Great staff, and allowed us to check out at 11am. I just wish they have housekeeping every day, but overall we enjoyed our stay."
