"Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases...

"Staff were helpful. There was some miscommunication regarding parking. Trying to get in and out of the parking garage was a bit of a challenge as well.
Having laundry, there was really helpful! You download an app and pay through your phone. No coins required!
We did have a challenge with the handheld shower, staying up, so had to tie it ourselves.
Also check that your door closes properly. When I have checked mine, it burst open without issue. So the maintenance person came and tightened it...
