"This was a good place to stay. Fully equipped kitchen with living room that was separated from the bathroom and bedroom. It was exactly how the picture looked. Good location for walking and food. Nearby grocery store and pharmacy. The tram is right in front of the property so very easy to get anywhere within 30 mins. Well be coming back to stay again."

"We stayed here with a group of girls for 3 nights. The outside of the property wasn’t very clean. Lots of graffiti on the walls, but that was the entire neighborhood, not just this property. "Villa Patrizia provided a wonderful stay. Charming and comfortable buildings. Simone was extremely helpful the entire time and could communicate with me in both Spanish and English since my Italian is very lacking. Beautiful views, and the location gives you a taste of the Italian countryside. I highly recommend booking here."
