Disappointed with the breakfast service staff (unattentive, despite few of us eating breakfast) and food was very poor quality (not fresh juice, poor fruit selection, no yogurt, etc.); 100% worst breakfast on all our trip despite this being one of our more expensive hotels (so we ate our other meals in town instead). On the other hand, the villas were very comfortable, nice hot springs, and well maintained grounds. It is worth mentioning that Leonel was very helpful). He booked the various activities for us with no problem. The hotel’s location means that it remains a good choice for exploring the area."

"Our room was at the top of the hill which was a great view, but no soundproofing. It was loud. The towels and the shampoo/body wash were subpar. We had a car so did not have to rely on the shuttle but a shuttle is provided. We did the night walk which was fun but way too long. An hour would have been plenty. "
