The entire staff from the front desk, restaurant, maid service, and spa provided exceptional service and support. "Friendly, helpful staff in this quaint hotel with absolutely stunning views of Arenal and 3 other volcanos. We also saw many birds including toucans! Great breakfast was also included with room and you got to choose from a traditional Costa Rican fare or one with an American flare. You will not be disappointed with your stay here "

"Amazing location, with a beautiful view of Arenal Volcano (assuming it's not cloudy and rainy). We only partially saw it since we had cloudy and rainy weather when we were there. Very close to Arenal Volcano National Park, and Arenal 1968 for more trails. Breakfast is included and is really good. We also enjoyed our dinners at the on-site restaurant, as well as the trails on the property. The trail to the waterfall was really nice. "The rooms were spacious, clean, tidy and beauitful. The housekeeper did an excellent job cleaning and tidying up. The whole property is gorgeous. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast lunch and dinner menus were spot on. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect. Cocktails were tasty. The yoga and spa were relaxing. The romantic dinner was excellent! The view - Arenal Volcano was majestic. And the plants - healthy, green and lush. 10/10"
