"The staff at the Inn is so helpful and accommodating, the breakfast is delicious. Plus the added bonus of a live history lesson on the Battle of Yorktown during breakfast was so amazing! "
"This was the highest member rated property in the area and to be honest I was a bit skeptical about the surrounding area, but it was top notch. Very nice property. Looks updates inside. Very comfortable shower. The surrounding area wasn’t bad at all with a pretty fancy restaurant right next door. We were very comfortable here. "

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep, and the breakfast—hot, fresh, and had a decent variety. The hotel was clean and quiet, and everything worked as it should. Nothing overly fancy, but it got the job done. I’d definitely consider staying here again."
"Everything was great except one incident and not that big a deal We had went to the bar to get an advertised drink (literally advertised everywhere) and the girl was out of all the ingredients which seemed strange. "
"Customer service was outstanding, all employees were helpful and friendly. There was a very nice continental breakfast included. Unfortunately the waffle makers were not working but all the other food was tasty and warm except for the sausage patties. The room was clean and the shower had great pressure with plenty of hot water. It was handy have a good sized refrigerator. "
"Room was clean and bed comfortable. The place looked fresh, appeared recently redone. Heads up: a damage deposit of $50 in cash is required, credit card not accepted for damage deposit. So, if you don’t have $50 in cash, you will not be able to rent a room. And, when you check out, you have to wait while the manager goes to the room and makes sure there is no damage. "
"We had one of the best customer service experiences at this hotel. From the moment we checked in the women at the front desk were accommodating and very friendly to speak to. Everyday the same women would see us and make sure we had everything we needed, even recieved a hug from one before we left. Amazing experience, plenty of cozy spots throughtout the lobby and outside to socialize with family, breakfast/coffee, bar w happy hour. Great experience."

"This is a super nice hotel in a convenient location. Staff was accommodating and efficient. Currently they are remodeling different areas of the property so the parking is reduced but that's just temporary. Wifi is reliable. Pool is clean. Air conditioner did an excellent job even with the extreme heat advisory. "
"The hosts at Aldrich House are great and provide a wonderful breakfast served family style in the beautiful home. Overall a very clean and lovely setting to relax for the few days we were in town to visit Williamsburg. Very easily walkable distance (about 10 minute walk with sidewalks all the way) to downtime Colonial Williamsburg. Free to visit town, but you will need tickets for events and attractions. Stayed here over July 4th and crowds not an issue at all."
