"We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!"

I had an issue with my uber drive and was dropped off at the wrong hotel nearby and the manager and bell man came to pick me up. Just from the beginning of my stay I could tell this hotel was special. The next time I am in Rome I will absolutely stay here. P.s they have a beautiful room this is ancient ruins and guest have access to it. Super charming!!...

"The property was in a secure classic building conveniently located to all the restaurants. In addition to your room there is a common area kitchenette with espresso maker you can access anytime. We enjoyed starting our morning with a very good breakfast made to order on the rooftop. I believe all rooms have an unusual shower placement in the bedroom that is an open glass cube allowing no privacy, this could be awkward or not depending on your travel partner."
