"Be careful when you book a room at this facility thru Hotels.com. We got to the hotel and told our room reservation was canceled 3 days prior, with no notification to me. In fact, I even did the early check-in for the hotel the afternoon of the day we were trying to stay. We were told we had no room to stay in because the hotel overbooked reservations and knew about it. The staff was very limited, unfriendly, and not helpful at all. The rest of our team got to stay there and I heard nothing but bad things about the place. People were given rooms with only 1 bed, when they reserved 2 beds, cots were brought in for them to sleep on instead, and the hotel was out of bed sheets and pillows. This hotel looks beautiful and neat on the outside, but trash on the inside."

"I found the stay affordable, a comfy bed, an excellent, modern television, and a delicious breakfast. Check in staff was friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised by the good experience. I have decided that all brands with the moniker, "by Wyndham" has seen new investment and freshened environs."
