It was a perfect place to stay to be in downtown with a court date with early morning timelines, everyone was friendly, breakfast was hot & tasty and it was great for family to be altogether! We would choose this location again! 🇺🇸 we now have a new US citizen!

Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel
I was canceled about an hour before check-in time. When I was able to reach a hotel "ambassador" after 3 attempts, I was told 1st Class Guests take precedence over me. THIS IS UNNACCEPTABLE. If I had canceled this late, I would still have been charged. RESERVATIONS MEAN NOTHING TO THIS HOTEL.

Wyndham Columbus
This place was by far the worst I have stayed at in a while. They did not let you know there was no breakfast but advertised they did state it was under construction but still changed full price.
