It was very unorganized checking in. Staff were polite, but very unorganized, staff seems to be everywhere, but no one seemed to be directly working at check in. The hallway smelled and our room at nasty marks on the walls, a spot on the floor was crusty and not cleaned, and one of our pillow cases ...
