"Fantastic location at the bottom of La Rambla. We were in the 2 bedroom penthouse apartment that was very large. The wrap around balcony was HUGE! Great place to have wine and watch the sunset. Great view of the Mediterranean and the mountains, including a great view of La Sagrada Família. Very comfortable, and includes a washer for clothing, no dryer though. We hung our clothes on the balcony to dry. The only complaint I would have is that there were a LOT of flies in the bathrooms. ...

"The staff was amazing. Helpful with every request. If you stay there, ask for recommendations on restaurants for any time. Every recommendation was excellent. Help with travel around the city…excellent! Perfect location, great rooms…amazing overall experience. Ask for Vato at the desk. He is great to work with!"

"Fahad the front desk person went over and above to help out when our room ac was not functioning. They ensured they got it fixed by night and the front desk people were apologetic the next day. The rooms are really nice. It’s a boutique luxury hotel so not bad for that"

"Our room was beautiful with plenty of amenities. The common area had lovely desserts for us to enjoy along with coffee and tea and sweets. The staff was super helpful and kind. Huge plus, within walking distance to marina, metro station and a museum. We truly enjoyed our stay so much!"

"An excellent occasion in the heart of the old town. At night it could be a bit noisy if you have a room overlooking the square. However, the windows are double glazed and enhanced the experience rather than being a problem."

"There was little room to put our clothes and suitcases. Communication requires cell phone availability that many traveler's may not have due to roaming charges. Location is excellent. Staff at sister hotel were super helpful and caring."

"It's a beautiful hotel in a great location for walking everywhere in the Gothic Quarter. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The terrace on top is very nice and quite comfortable in the evenings. The breakfast set up is excellent. The areas I would suggest for improvement would be to get an iron for guests and make sure that the TV's work properly. Our remote did't work right and was not fixed or replaced. Also, the wait staff...

"Hotel location was great and the staff were lovely! Rooftop restaurant and lounge area were great. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars was the price point. We were expecting higher level of comfort in our room. The room was not bad, just not great at the price we were paying.( 700 US )We did book through Expedia so perhaps that was our mistake as when I spoke to the front desk, the prices were cheaper. I would recommend to others."

"Great location for cruise terminal and access to La Rambla and Gothic Quarter. Breakfast was excellent. Check your sliding glass doors. Many locks are broken."
