"An excellent occasion in the heart of the old town. At night it could be a bit noisy if you have a room overlooking the square. However, the windows are double glazed and enhanced the experience rather than being a problem."

"The only outstanding member of the staff was David at the front desk. He was attentive, always ready to help, and truly professional. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Starting with Rosanna Palma, the Events Manager—if I had to describe her in one word, it would be disaster. Communicating with her while trying to organize my husband’s birthday party on the rooftop was incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. When we arrived at the hotel on Sunday...

"Sadly when we got into our room the towels provided were wet, but as soon as we asked fresh towels were bought up. WiFi was good for the first three days then as it got busy it stopped working. We were given wine and cava for our anniversary with chocolate strawberries which was lovely. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The bar upstairs was great one night but then as it got busy it took 30mins for us to be served which was a shame. Overally 4/5 experience."

"Very disappointed by this hotel. The pictures did not reflect the room. The air conditioning was poor and twin beds rather than a double. The room was small and pokey. The cost did not reflect the quality expected. We have spent three weeks travelling across Spain and Portugal - this was our least favourite hotel and poorest for value. Very dissapointed"
