"Pool and Hot Tub were great. Tiki Bar was closed for three days due to rain. Then on day 4 it closed at 2pm. The Donuts were great but this place should have a restaurant and a bar that doesnt close due to bad weather. "

"The staff was really nice. The beach view was great. The room had the air conditioning not working as powerful, but they immediately replaced it and it was ice cold. The only thing that I will say is the parking is kind of minimal and inconvenient. all around it was a good stay though.. I would book it again."

"Incredible valet staff and hotel check in staff. very efficient. This is the largest Hilton I have ever been in...which makes it very convenient for restaurants, and a step down to the beach!"

"This was quite possibly the worst place we have ever stayed. We checked in at 5:30 pm into the first room and were afraid that they had accidentally given us the keys to someone else’s room because the beds were still unmade, there was trash everywhere and dirty towels still littered the bathroom floors. Turns out the room still hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests. We were kind and gave them grace as we came on the tail end of Spring Break and thought they must have been busy. We were upgraded to another room. When we came in to this room it was filthy. The air conditioning unit was torn apart, there was brown fecal looking stains on a chair cushion and the arm of the pull out sofa was coated with a thick layer of grime. The floors were slippery with condensation and when we attempted to dry them off with towels by walking a towel across the room, the bottoms of the towels turned black. Because we were there for only one night and nowhere else to go with such late notice we slept on top of the covers. The next day our daughter accidentally left her bathing suit hanging to dry on the towel rack in the bathroom. We called as soon as we realized it and were told that the housekeeper keeps all lost and found locked on her office but was gone for the day and we should call back the next day. The next day we returned to inquire and were told that they had found it but did not know where it went. They would call us when they found it. No suit."

"Check in is 4pm, my room was not ready until 6pm, causing me to cancel my 6pm dinner reservations since there was no time to get ready after traveling all day. Then when I requested a late check out, they refused. Wouldn’t budge in giving me my two hours back. I know it’s petty but will not book this place again. No empathy for charging $700 and not having my room available nor allowing extra time on the backend "
