"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, it was clear the property was understaffed. The employee working the front desk told me he was also responsible for housekeeping, laundry, and even taking care of the pool area. While he was polite, it was concerning to hear that so many responsibilities were being handled by one person. The room I was given was unacceptable. There was hair throughout the room, including on the bedding, and it appeared that the bed had already been used by a previous guest. The shower also did not appear to have been properly cleaned before my arrival. As a paying guest, I expected to be checked into a clean, ready-to-use room, and that was not the case. In addition, there were groups of men frequently hanging around the parking lot, which made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable, especially while traveling with my family. While no one approached us directly, it did not create a welcoming or relaxing environment. For approximately $150 per night, I expected a clean room, proper housekeeping standards, and a more professional overall experience. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below those expectations. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property based on my experience."

"It's a typical hotel on the highway. If you're looking for the Ritz, this isn't it but it's clean, comfortable, has a VERY helpful staff and the breakfast offerings were good. Overall I like this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. You can't beat the location and local fast food choices were very good. Overall, a pleasant stay."
