"Hotel itself was ok, the security guy pal was awful rude and very intimidating Would put me off staying at the hotel again We complained about this to hotel manager she did eventually sort out issue but pal the security guy still would not apologise for his actions"

"Had a lovely stay on Saturday, Lovely lady on reception, very helpful, hot tub lovely added extra, enjoyed feeding the animals and seeing the fish come up by the decking. Will be returning for a third time!"

"Rooms are so ridiculously outdated. Broken furniture and marks everywhere. Staff not interested and barely acknowledged us it was almost like we were not good enough to stay there. Didn't ask if we wanted dinner or breakfast or even if our stay was ok on checkout. Unfriendly staff at the bar. Main areas seemed fine did not use any facilities decided against giving them any further money after the way we were treated. Beautiful from the exterior but that's about it!"

"Chair in room 16 needs taking to the tip, warn out leather and just looks untidy compared to rest of the room. New tables in the room, but again the desk is outdated and a bit scruffy, curtains stained, shower door broken, BBC channels don't work on TV and all the buttons on remote opposite way round. "

"The hotel is nice, good rooms In the bar, getting service was not easy, quite often waiting for quite some time for staff to turn up Food, breakfast is good, very good, the bar and restaurant food that I had was below average, poor quality produce"
