"I don’t know how this hotel got a 3 star rating? It is very close to the PA festival grounds but nothing else is around. Busy on the weekend with the fest happening but we were the only ones there on Monday and Tuesday night. The room was on 2nd floor directly above the atrium and check in desk. First 2 nights the noise level was unbearable until about 3am. The rooms have bare minimum. No coffee pot, just mini fridge and microwave. No A/C in the hallway only wall unit in the rooms. Tub drained...

"Such a magical place to stay! The inn is stunning, so peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Nicole was so sweet and made us feel right at home. The room had everything we could possibly need, was impeccably clean, and every little detail was thoughtfully considered. The homemade breakfast in the morning was incredible. I already can’t wait to come back!"

"We had a great stay for 2 nights while visiting Hersey Park. The location is great, 10 minutes from the park. A lot of restaurants nearby. The property was quiet and we had a great rest at night and our daughters were comfortable. We recommend this motel for cleanliness, safe, quiet, and affordable."

"The Annville Inn is a beautiful place to stay.You are 20 minutes away from so many activities and the view is so relaxing! Our hosts were wonderful - serving gourmet breakfast; making reservations , And making sure we had all we needed. Definitely would go back again!"

"The hotel is older and needs an update. My room was dirty and the staff was nice and changed my room but the other room had a very sticky substance on the floor and the cleaning lady on the floor refused to clean it. The staff was great and very apologetic and allowed me to cancel my reservation."

"The pool was not open. Front desk was not friendly when checking in. When we entered the room the mini fridge had leftover food inside, sheets clean and so was the tub/sink/toilet but everything else had layers of dust. Owners don’t seem to take pride in keeping a well maintained property, overflowing outside trash cans, large handprints on room mirror, dressers drawer missing bottom and other had holes in it. Put sign on door for housekeeping and left room for 9 hours to visit park and no one...

"First time at a bed and breakfast. Was happy with the amenities and the very helpful staff. Very reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to stay again. Loved the baked oatmeal at breakfast."
